We use Boulevard Brewery farmhouse ale with roasted and chocolate malt flavors with a mild bitterness. This beer with added seasoning gives this beef jerky a very deep full flavor. This is a bold jerky has a medium soft texture. Very savory jerky that is the most unique jerky in the bunch.

Beer Infused Beef Jerky – Zipline IPA
We use Zipline’s IPA beer in the marinated for this jerky. This IPA beer has juicy hops, showcasing sublime blend of tropical citrus, grapefruit, and mango aromas. When then add more grapefruit juice to the marinade and our special blend of seasonings. Jerky has a great sweet flavor to begin with and then finished with a little spice and bitter from the hops.

We use Cinder Block Pavers Porter beer in the marinate for this jerky. The beer has a very bold flavor with roasted and chocolate malt flavors with a mild bitterness. The beer is the main ingredient but we add some seasoning for a deep full flavor jerky. This is a bold jerky and is the spiciest of all of the jerky we sell. It would not be classified as a spicy jerky but does have a little heat on the finish. This is one of the first flavors we created and has always been one of the most popular jerkies we sell.

The marinated starts with a Nebraska Brewing English-style Brown Ale. This beer has a blend of six different malts and a hop schedule that results in a low hop character. The unique malt character brings to mind the taste of a blend of various nuts. Then CBJ special seasoning and finish it off. This jerky is a sweet jerky but has tons of flavor. Great all around beef jerky. It will not disappoint!
